Allisson Crain
HEAD OF RESIDENTIAL CREDIT & RESPONSIBLE MANAGER
Allisson has over 20 years’ experience in residential and property finance, settling more than $800 million new lending and investment opportunities across residential, investment and commercial sectors. She excels in her efficiency, deep knowledge, and client-first mentality. Nick Wilcox
DIRECTOR & FINANCE BROKER
Nick has over 14 years’ experience in banking and financial services. Over this period, he has settled over $750 million in lending opportunities across commercial, business, residential, construction, SMSF and asset finance. In his previous role in banking, Nick was the number one performing banker over the last five years due to his passion for customer service and delivery excellence. He is passionate about property and helping his clients build wealth strategically, while protecting their interests through sound borrowing advice. Blake Murray

Blake has 10 years’ experience working in financial services in the major bank space and as an award-winning finance broker. During this time, he has provided lending solutions for commercial, business, development, residential investment, SMSF and asset finance. Throughout his career, Blake has been driven by his desire to problem solve and attain the best outcome for his clients through exceptional customer service. Heinrich Brendel
GENERAL MANAGER
A dedicated athlete and driven professional, Heinrich journeyed to Australia in pursuit of his passion for rugby in 2020. Holding a Degree in Financial Management and an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, he has steadily built a career in finance since joining Blue Crane Capital in April 2022. Initially focused on settlements, Heinrich’s analytical acumen and commitment to excellence saw him transition into an analyst role before being promoted to General Manager. In this leadership position, he continues to support brokers while driving internal reporting and operational strategy across the business. Heinrich’s growth mindset and strategic insight make him a key contributor to Blue Crane’s success.

Simon Litchfield
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – CONSTRUCTION & COMMERCIAL FINANCE
Simon is as an Associate Director at Blue Crane Capital, bringing a strong background in accounting and corporate finance. Before joining Blue Crane Capital, Simon worked as an M&A consultant at EY and later in the corporate finance team at RSM. This experience has equipped Simon with a comprehensive understanding of financial transactions. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydney University, majoring in Finance and Commercial Law, and is currently completing a Chartered Accountancy designation. With a passion for property finance, Simon is committed to providing insightful and strategic financial advice to clients, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.
Nikhil Sanjeev
LOAN SETTLEMENT OFFICER
Nikhil is a recent graduate from the University of Technology Sydney, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He has commenced his professional career as a Settlements Officer with Blue Crane Capital, where he has successfully transitioned into the finance industry. With a strong passion for banking and real estate, Nikhil brings a global perspective to his role, having grown up in Uganda and Kenya. Originally from India, he is also an avid cricket enthusiast.

Gus Mesa
DIRECTOR & FINANCE BROKER
Gus brings over 10 years of experience in Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Finance, having held roles with SMBC, the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and Macquarie Bank, as well as two years in London in Funds Management. His expertise spans origination, credit analysis, execution and relationship management, enabling him to structure tailored solutions and deliver strong outcomes for clients. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney and outside of work enjoys time with his young daughter, Scarlett and their cocker spaniel, Lola.
Matthew Souksay
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Matt is an Associate Director at Blue Crane Capital, where he plays a key role in supporting the finance broking team. With over nine years of experience across Life Insurance and Financial Advisory, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a detail-oriented approach to structuring tailored lending solutions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, from Macquarie University and is known for his reliability, professionalism, and client-focused mindset. Outside the office, he trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai - disciplines that reflect his commitment, focus, and drive both professionally and personally.
Aditya Bhambri
LOAN SETTLEMENT OFFICER
Aditya is a recent graduate of the University of Sydney, where he earned a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Finance. His strong interest in banking and financial markets led him to join Blue Crane Capital as a Settlement Officer. Aditya is also a certified trader in equity and derivatives markets in India, bringing a unique international perspective and technical expertise to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring global cuisines through cooking and is an avid scuba diver, embracing adventure both in and out of the water.
