Chris Hall is the Founder and Managing Director of Blue Crane Capital. Chris has an extensive career working with major financial institutions in business, commercial and property finance. He has detailed knowledge of the lending landscape with a proven capability in sourcing and structuring capital for clients, giving clients invaluable insights to make informed decisions. ​​​​

Heinrich Brendel
GENERAL MANAGER
Heinrich relocated to Australia in 2020 to pursue his passion for rugby. Holding a Degree in Financial Management and an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, he has built a strong career in finance since joining Blue Crane Capital in April 2022. Beginning in settlements, Heinrich quickly distinguished himself through his analytical capability and commitment to excellence, leading to a transition into an analyst role and subsequent promotion to General Manager. In this leadership position, he continues to support brokers while driving internal reporting and operational strategy across the business. Heinrich’s growth mindset and strategic insight make him a key contributor to Blue Crane’s success.
Nick Wilcox
PARTNER & FINANCE BROKER
Nick has over 18 years’ experience in banking and financial services. Over this period, he has settled over $1 billion in lending opportunities across commercial, business, residential, construction, SMSF and asset finance. In his previous role in banking, Nick was the number one performing banker over the last five years due to his passion for customer service and delivery excellence. He is passionate about property and helping his clients build wealth strategically, while protecting their interests through sound borrowing advice.

HEAD OF RESIDENTIAL CREDIT & RESPONSIBLE MANAGER
With more than 25 years’ experience in residential and property finance, Allisson brings deep expertise across a broad range of lending needs. She has supported clients through thousands of residential and investment transactions. Known for structuring tailored finance solutions, Allisson addresses complex scenarios with clear, strategic advice. She manages each transaction with efficiency and precision, supported by strong industry knowledge, attention to detail, and transparent communication. This approach underpins long‑term client relationships and consistently strong outcomes for borrowers seeking confident, informed guidance.​​​

DIRECTOR & FINANCE BROKER
Blake has 10 years’ experience working in financial services in the major bank space and as an award-winning finance broker. During this time, he has provided lending solutions for commercial, business, development, residential investment, SMSF and asset finance. Throughout his career, Blake has been driven by his desire to problem solve and attain the best outcome for his clients through exceptional customer service. Gus Mesa
DIRECTOR & FINANCE BROKER
Gus brings over 10 years of experience in Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Finance, having held roles with SMBC, the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and Macquarie Bank, as well as two years in London in Funds Management. His expertise spans origination, credit analysis, execution and relationship management, enabling him to structure tailored solutions and deliver strong outcomes for clients. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney and outside of work enjoys time with his young daughter, Scarlett and their cocker spaniel, Lola.

Simon Litchfield
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Simon is as an Associate Director at Blue Crane Capital, bringing a strong background in accounting and corporate finance. Before joining Blue Crane Capital, Simon worked as an M&A consultant at EY and later in the corporate finance team at RSM. This experience has equipped Simon with a comprehensive understanding of financial transactions.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydney University, majoring in Finance and Commercial Law, and is currently completing a Chartered Accountancy designation. With a passion for property finance, Simon is committed to providing insightful and strategic financial advice to clients, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.
Nikhil Sanjeev
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Nikhil is an Associate Director at Blue Crane Capital, specialising in credit assessment, transaction structuring, and the delivery of real estate finance solutions. Since joining the firm as a Settlements Officer, he has progressed through the business, building deep expertise in credit analysis, complex financial transactions, and a broad range of property-backed lending solutions.
